I found my love for strength and conditioning in high-school while training for sports.
I dove deep into the field during my time at Fanshawe College. I was lucky to have been a two sport athlete at Fanshawe playing Varsity Baseball and Badminton.
Throughout my career as a Strength Coach I have been able to coach Western's Wrestling Program, Fanshawe's Volleyball Program's and act as Training Camp Fitness Evaluation coordinator for the Elliot Lake Red Wings of the Ontario Junior A Hockey League.
My turning point was when I had an identity crisis in my mid 20s. A niche religious community that I believed was super welcoming ended up pushing me away because of how I was born. At that moment I learned that the ego was my enemy and peace can only be obtained from the presence and proactive action.
